 What should I wear?

I am so glad you asked! Clothing choices are such a great way to bring visiual contrast to any image. To see what I recommend and my fantastic tips -even for the hubby,  check out my page here. ALso check out my Pinterest board here.

Do I need to bring props?

No, only if its part of your everyday life and you want to include it in your pictures. If your child has a blankee or pacifier keep it at home, in the car, or hid away until needed, unless you want it in your picture. Please to do not bring snacks. This may seem difficult, but please plan ahead for children’s meal times. Children often get very distracted with food, plus crumbs, food stains are not a good thing in photos, plus this makes more work for me in during the editing process.

Tips

* Try to schedule your session on a day that you and your children will be calm and have lots of rest.

* Persuade children to eat before the session.

* Try to find a time that will work well between naps. Babies and toddlers are often the best to capture after nap-time.

*  If you choose to wear make-up or jewelry, it’s okay, but remember that a lot of jewelry can be distracting, less is more in this case.

* Ladies- paint the nails, toes if visible, pluck the brows! Chapstick on all lips!
